Welcome!!!! My name is Karen. My husband, Glen and I have four children; three adults and one teen. We welcome a son-in-law into our family!

I went to college to become an elementary teacher. I taught for two years before we started our family. That’s when Home-Sweet-Home Child Care (HSHCC) began. That was more than 26 years and many learning adventures ago!!

My goal is to provide a safe and happy environment for your child. I believe in establishing a solid base of love, security and trust, and then building a wide variety of learning experiences on that firm foundation. I also believe in learning through playing and doing (and we get messy doing that). I love children and love working with them!!!!!!

I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work along side your family to develop your little one. This website contains all of the information that you should need before enrolling your child at HSHCC. Please know that my door is always open and I am interested in your input and ideas.
